Zucchini and Mushrooms with Vinegar
serves 4
Ingredients
- 5 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 sweet onion, half-rings
- 2 T red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Saute the mushrooms, zucchini and onions in oil. When the vegetables are just beginning to brown, add the vinegar, season to taste. Raise the heat momentarily and let the mixture sizzle.
- Plate and serve.
